Quiet - Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner Review

It would be perfect if the handy cooler had some sort of constant rotational device that could make the cool air circulate more, but all in all, for what it's worth I couldn't be happier! The handy cooler does everything that it claims to do. I bought two and used them both on the trip therefore not allowing me to get any of my money back and it leaves me with two useless items. Good luck to those of you looking for a way to keep your car cool and should you find one, LET ME KNOW PLEASE, Purchased 3 of these for a trip.

After purchasing this item from Amazon, I was very anxiously awaiting the results I anticipated from it. I eventually return the item for my money back. Secondly, the air that came from it had a smell that I didn't care for. I only used the item for a week, but this odor happened right away.

I used it this past weekend and it cooled down our tent to a comfortable sleeping temperature in 85 degree heat. Now I'm spoilt and won't ever want to camp without this in the summer. Its cooling method is very unique and it almost feels like it has an 'air conditioning' effect. We love it and would recommend that you purchase this model if you are looking for compact and unique fan that takes up very little space.

It was raining last week and the performance was compromised. But on any normal day, it cools the air by around 20 degrees from what I feel and I love it. Upfront, this product wasn't cheap, so I had hesitations with buying it at first. After checking out their website and reviews, I decided to give it a shot and have to say am glad that I bought it. It is very quiet, the front grill is plastic, it's and more importantly has no plastic odor which is a huge plus for me as I find that smell unbearable. The product works by moisturizing the air which brings the temperature down. It is just amazing - the fan alone would be great, but the air blowing out of it is genuinely cool! Not like your car A/C blasting on max, but still unbelievable.

Another tip is to hold the handy cooler for 5 minutes in front of your car's air conditioner, which cools the water in the sponge before you need to use it. Overall, I consider the two Handy Coolers I bought nice-to-have items and not must-have items.

I am angry that I paid $100 and they do not work any better than an item I could have purchased at the dollar store, but had they worked the money would not have been an issue. I will warn those of you purchasing this product to strongly reconsider, but if you choose to go ahead and purchase, only purchase ONE at a time. What I think is really nice is that you can put a few drops of aromatherapy into the water and the breeze creates a refreshing scent. I had my first Handy Cooler and loved it because it worked great at the office.

Anyways, the handy cooler came and I was amazed at how well it worked, it's quiet and it really cools the air. I recommend this fan if you want a good quality product and don't mind paying the extra money.

So I quickly added ice to the water tank and lastly I felt a bit of cooler air. There isn't any vent selection for the fan to bring in outside air rather than recirculating room air.
